~* I’m Sorry *~
How many times have you thought of someone from your
youth and wish you could change things that happened?
Is there someone from your past that brings sadness to your heart?
When you remember something you did, that tore you both apart.
If you have, you’re not alone for we all have sadness from our youth.
The things we did, the things we said were sometimes uncouth.
But it’s never too late to say I’m sorry if we hurt someone, sometime.
We can try to find them, let them know our sadness for being so unkind.
Some say you can never repair a relationship that has gone astray.
But I believe you can with honesty and love, and in a loving way.
If you’re truly sorry for what you did, it will come bursting through.
Driving all their doubts & misgivings away, and they will believe in you.
Sorry is not a hard word, but so many of us find it’s difficult to say.
If you mean it when you say it, it can change your life, in a very loving way.
Good Enough 4 Me (Feeling Poem)
Born a self hatin’ little girl with a soul so pure
Beautiful and smart– so young, yet mature
Talented with words, but the world doesn’t see
That this is the only way that I know how to be me
Broken and beaten by this world that I despise
I’ve learned to block it all out, I no longer open my eyes
They’ve been permanently shut, so now I live through what I feel
But I’ve cut off all emotions so life’s no big deal
I’ll be great one day, that’s what I tell myself
I’ll be great one day and then they’ll see
I’ll be great one day– And good enough for me

~* Things To Never Forget *~
Never laugh at anyone’s dreams.
Don’t judge people by their relatives.
Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something.
Remember the three Rs:
Respect for self,
Respect for others,
Responsibility for your actions.
Don’t overlook life’s small joys while searching for big ones.
Give people more than they expect & do it cheerfully.
Be the first to fight for a just cause.
Remember that no time is wasted that makes 2 or more people better friends.
Never say anything uncomplimentary about another person’s dog
Don’t think expensive equipment will make up for lack of talent or practice.
Memorize your favorite love poem.
Do the right thing, regardless of what others think.
Judge people from where they stand, not from where you stand.
Life will sometimes give you a magical moment. Savor it.
Don’t confuse comfort with happiness or wealth with success.
Be the first to forgive.
Spend some time alone.
Be an original. If that means being a little eccentric, so be it.
Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.
Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
Watch your attitude.
It’s the first thing people notice about you.
Remember that the more you know, the less you fear.
Be humble & polite, but don’t let people push you around.
Don’t let weeds grow around your dreams.
Remember that how you say something is just as important as what you say.
Read between the lines.
Remember that the shortest way to travel anywhere is to have good company with you.
Take criticism and praise with equal grace.
Remember that what’s right isn’t always popular & what’s popular isn’t always right.
Never risk what you can’t afford to lose.
Remember that ignorance is expensive.
Learn the rules, then break some.
Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
Don’t confuse foolishness with bravery and kindness with weakness.
Follow your own star.
Follow your dreams….
