and say “I love you, I really love

guilty and saying “I’m sorry”.
See mistakes as valuable lessons and avoid
judging yourself.
Consciously
generate positive thoughts and feelings of self-love
in place of old thoughts
of inadequacy.
Be willing to
laugh at yourself and at life.

compliments from others without embarrassment.
Don’t invalidate their

Our world today is filled with sorrow
So much heartache and despair
Many people feel forsaken by God
Because they forget the power of prayer.
God knows the burdens that we bear
He wants to guide us everywhere
But we seem to have forgotten He is there
And use our weapon, the power of prayer.
We must learn again how to believe
God’s miracles are great and rare
Trusting that He will always be there
