~* Dreams Do Come True *~
I believe in miracles
I believe that dreams do come true
It may not happen tomorrow
But someday your season will be due
If you would just hold on
Be strong through your trails
Your storm won’t last forever
It’s just for a little while
It may be cloudy right now
But if you could see past the rain
You wouldn’t give up on your dreams
Because you have so much more to gain
It’s only a test of your faith
To see if you really believe
If you keep reaching for the stars
You’ll be surprise what you can achieve
I believe in miracles
I believe that dreams come true
And I want you to know
That God and I believe in you

~*~ The Blessed Test ~*~
I woke up this morning
and knew that today,
the sun would not be shining
and the clouds would be gray.
As I stepped outside,
rain fell upon my head.
My car wouldn’t start
so I walked to school instead.
I forgot all of my assignments.
I failed all of my tests.
I dropped my head in disgust
and asked the Lord for one request.
“Lord, why is that things
won’t go my way?”
He gently replied, “Dear child
it is because you didn’t thank me yesterday.
I woke you up and enable you
to see the sun again
I gave you shelter, protected your family,
and even let you make a new friend.
I blessed you far greater
than I have before.
But you were too busy
to thank me once more.
You don’t feel sick
because I maintained your health.
You had money in your pocket
because I maintained your wealth.
You had shoes on your feet
and clothes to wear, too.
You had plenty of food to eat,
and what did you do?
You ignored me
and went about your tasks.
But when you wanted something
you never hesitated to ask.
I was there when you needed me,
and that wasn’t too long ago.
But when things started going your way,
it was me you did not know.
As if that weren’t enough,
I provided my favorite luxuries.
This was something I didn’t have to do
- they weren’t even necessities.
And when it was time to get on your knees
and show your gratitude,
you decided that after such a fulfilling day,
you weren’t in the mood.
So I decided to give
you a little test.
To show you how it would feel
to stop being blessed.”
I began to realize
what the Lord was saying.
And when I got home I fell
to my knees and started praying.
He said, “My child you have learned
and you know I do forgive.
But remember to remember this day
as long as you shall live.
I like filling your life with joy,
and your pain I’ll alleviate it.
But just a simple thank you would show
how much you appreciate it.”

~ Angels Watching ~
Over us as we sleep
Others gather all our hopes
And blessings that are ours to keep.
Whispering in our ears
Words of love and comfort
Helping conquer all our fears.
Thoughtful, just and fair
They come in many sizes
And often wear disguises.
~ Badhe Chalo ~
In English
yeh vyrikhs jo ho dekhte
Virat se kahde hue
the paudhe ye bhi to kabhi
samay laga bade hue
havaein sansanayegi
leherein zid pe aayegi
badhe chalo chadhe hue
chadhe chalo ade hue
Jo aankhon netumhari dekha
kaun samjhega yahan
tumhein pata hai raste
aur manzile rakhi kahan
kadam chalenge aur
hath karm hoga tumse hi
gire agar daro nahi
gire kayi kahde hue
jo hausle buland ho
aag jab prachand ho
na koi rok payega
vishwash jab akhand ho
Vishwas ho khudhi pe
aur khuda pe jo hai dekhta
sambhalta hai vo tumhein
ho nayan jab bahre hue

~ It’s Spring ~
The daffodils push up
And stretch toward the sun
Winter ice thins and breaks
As sleeping rivers again run
With the bumblebee’s buzz
Spider webs are soon spun
And the robins sing,
“It’s Spring!
Now, it’s Spring!”
The hue of the hills change
From brown to emerald green
Flowers bloom bright reds, blues
And varied colors in between
Filling field, yard and garden
With endless scenes so serene
As the bluebirds sing,
“It’s Spring!
Now, it’s Spring!”
The slumbering earth comes alive
No one can resist its pull
Throw off the warm blankets
And woven sweaters of wool
Breathe in the Springtide
‘Til the life brimming full
Then join in and sing,
“It’s Spring!
Now, it’s Spring!”
